OrdeRS
How long will it take to make my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. During holidays, product launches, and market weekends, processing times may be slightly longer. If there will be a significant delay, we'll let you know.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.
Can I make changes to my order?
If your order hasn't entered production yet, we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us immediately. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually update your shipping address. Once an order has been shipped, we're unable to make changes.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout Canada and to select international destinations.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Will I receive tracking?
If your selected shipping method includes tracking, you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
My tracking hasn't updated.
Tracking information can sometimes take up to 24 hours to begin updating. If it hasn't moved after several business days, feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to help.
My package says "Delivered," but I can't find it.
We recommend checking around your property, with neighbours, building management, or your local post office. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Do you offer local pickup?
If local pickup is available, it will be offered as a shipping option during checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are handmade and many are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We'll work with you to make it right.
Products
Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every design is created by Mary M Designs, and each product is carefully made, assembled, or finished with attention to detail.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Because our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, placement, finish, or material may occur. These small differences make every piece unique.
Why do the colours look different in person?
Colours can appear differently depending on your monitor, phone, or tablet settings. We do our best to photograph products as accurately as possible.
Can I purchase a design on a different product?
Sometimes! If you see a design you'd love on a different item, send us a message. We'd be happy to let you know if it's possible.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Many of our designs return, while others are limited edition or seasonal. If there's something you'd love to see again, let us know—we always appreciate hearing what customers are hoping for!
Can I suggest a theme or collection?
Absolutely! We love hearing your ideas. While we can't promise every suggestion will become a product, customer inspiration often influences future collections.
Custom Orders & Personalization
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! We'd love to hear your ideas. Contact us to discuss custom gifts, special requests, or personalized designs.
Can I personalize an item?
Some of our products offer personalization. Please check the product listing for available options.
Can you create gifts for weddings, businesses, or special events?
Yes! We offer custom products for weddings, bridal parties, corporate gifts, sports teams, book clubs, family reunions, and other special occasions. Get in touch to discuss your project.
Product Care
Where can I find care instructions?
Each product will come with included care recommendations (where applicable.)
Are your glass can cups dishwasher safe?
No. We recommend hand washing only to help preserve the design. They should not be soaked or placed in the dishwasher or microwave.
How do I care for acrylic products?
Avoid dropping, bending, or exposing acrylic products to excessive heat. Clean gently with a soft cloth if needed.
Are your MagSafe phone & e-reader grips removable?
Yes! The grip itself is removable, but how it works depends on how you're using it.
Using a MagSafe-compatible device or case? Absolutely! The grip can be easily removed for wireless charging or to swap between compatible devices or cases.
Using the included magnetic adapter ring? The grip can still be removed from the adapter ring whenever you'd like. However, the adapter ring is intended for one-time installation and should remain adhered to your device or case once applied.
To remove the grip, never pull or yank it straight off. Instead, apply gentle pressure and slide the grip sideways until it releases from the magnets. This helps protect both the grip and your device while ensuring the strongest magnetic connection during use.

Do you offer wholesale?

Gifts
Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Absolutely! Simply enter the recipient's shipping address during checkout.
Do you include pricing in your packages?
No pricing information is included in our shipments, making them perfect for gifting.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes! If gift messaging is available at checkout, we'll happily include your message with the order.
