Handmade Products

Many of our products are handmade or individually assembled.

As a result, slight variations in colour, placement, finish, texture, size, or other details may occur. These small differences are part of the handmade nature of our products and make each piece unique. They are not considered defects.

Fan-Inspired Designs

Some of our products are inspired by books, television, films, music, travel, and other aspects of popular culture.

Unless expressly stated, Mary M Designs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any author, publisher, studio, artist, brand, or other rights holder. Any trademarks, service marks, or copyrights referenced remain the property of their respective owners.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized transactions, inventory errors, or pricing inaccuracies.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Custom & Personalized Items

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before submitting an order.

Mary M Designs is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect spelling, names, dates, colours, or other information provided during checkout.

Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or an error was made on our part.

Product Care & Safety

Our products are intended for their intended use only.

Customers are responsible for following any care instructions included with their purchase or listed on the product page.

Mary M Designs is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper care, exposure to extreme temperatures, normal wear and tear, or modifications made after purchase.

Many of our products contain small parts and are not intended to be used as toys. Please keep products out of reach of young children and supervise use where appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, designs, product concepts, photographs, logos, branding, text, graphics, and other content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Mary M Designs unless otherwise noted.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping times, processing times, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms of Service.
