Processing Times
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days for regular items and 4-7 business days for custom orders.
Please note that processing times may be longer during busy periods, product launches, holidays, or market weekends. If there will be a significant delay, we'll contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship across Canada and to select international destinations.
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when applicable).
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped and are provided by the shipping carrier.
While delivery estimates are generally accurate, they are not guaranteed. Weather, customs, holidays, and carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery times.
Tracking Your Order
If your selected shipping method includes tracking, you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is under their care.
If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking information. If you need assistance, we're happy to help however we can.
Mary M Designs is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but are lost or stolen after delivery.
Customs & Import Fees
Customers from outside of Canada are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority.
